As many of our products are handmade- dents, scratches or marks are regarded as characteristic traits to each piece and are not considered to be defects. Please refer to the product description and photos prior to purchasing. Should you feel an item has an manufacturing fault, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery.

Damaged goods- should your item arrive broken Splendid Homewares must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods, otherwise any transit policy will be voided. Should you sign for goods without inspecting them for faults or damage, any insurance cover will be voided.

We will request a photo to confirm the extent of the damage.A discount will be provided where the item is repairable, or a refund once the item is returned to us. Return shipping will be at the cost of us.

Change of mind- unfortunately items cannot be returned due to change of mind or for unsuitability. Whilst we aim to provide accurate photos and descriptions of our products on our website, ultimately the decision is yours to purchase at your own risk so please choose carefully.

Cancellations- we do not accept cancellations of orders once payment has been made. Deposits or monies paid for custom/ pre orders will be forfeited in full.
